2002 VW Golf GTI

For sale is a 2002 VW Golf GTI. It is certainly getting tougher to find a clean mk4 VW and this car has been pretty well kept/adult owned. The car currently has just over 112k miles. The timing belt and water pump were changed at 103k miles and the clutch was done right before 100k. I have a stack of maintenance receipts from previous owners. Under my ownership, the car has gotten all new suspension and been lowered 1.8" on h&r shocks and springs. It rides and drives great and is at a very practical height. I also replaced the AC compressor and now the AC is icy cold. The Kansei KNP wheels are new as well and are 17x8 in a +35 offset. They're wrapped in a mazama touring tire. I do still have a set of stock wheels for those interested in them. The tint is also new and in great shape. As for the interior, it is largely in great shape. The drivers seat does have a split bolster as you can see in the photos and both the driver and passenger seat lowers show some leather wear but no tearing. Both heated seats work great. The back seats are in great shape and the trunk area is clean. I've very much enjoyed driving this little car and had plans to keep it around as a commuter for my wife but we've since changed plans.
