1986 Toyota 4Runner

For sale is a 1986 Toyota 4runner. The first gen 4runner will always be one of the greats and is quickly becoming a hard to find classic. This is a great example of a survivor. This truck has been resurrected here at The Dirt Tourist and is ready for many adventures to come with its new owner. Originally this was a California car until it moved to the big island of Hawaii for a few years in the late 2010s before ending up in North Idaho around 2020. There is absolutely 0 rust to speak of on this rig in any of the common zones. The car has 216xxx miles currently on the original 22re with a slew of LC Engineering parts mated to a w56 5spd transmission. The suspension was all replaced with old man emu nitro gas shocks while here and the all pro front bumper was installed along with a smittybilt 9.5k winch with fresh synthetic rope. A set of JDM 3 piece Lodio Drive tri spoke wheels wrapped in 33x10.5 BFG KM2 tires round off the exterior vibes. The wheels are largely in good shape aside from one of the faces having some peeling chrome. (rear passenger wheel currently) Rounding out the body armor, a custom rear bumper was installed by a previous owner along with a full interior cage. Everything about this 4runner works as it should and it is truly a sweet example of thee classic rigs. The interior is far from original sadly as many of the original parts were either missing or roached. The front seats were replaced with a set of turbo seats and the rears were replaced with a set of matching grey sr5 seats. The carpet kit is new along with the shifter bezel and shifter boot. The body was sound deadened while here along with abs interior panels installed in the rear with 6x9 speakers hidden behind along with a bluetooth deck. It's going to hurt a bit to watch this one go as finding an example this clean these days is becoming harder and harder. Listed by The Dirt Tourist DLR #190 asking $11,300 OBO, feel free to ask away with questions, request more photos or video, or schedule a test drive. Thanks for taking a look!
